This Shipping & Returns Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms: [Terms and Conditions](#). Please carefully review our Shipping & Returns Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Shipping
Order Processing and Shipping Times
The majority of our orders are handed over to our logistics partners within 3-5 working days of your order. For custom printed orders, once we receive your written approval of the artwork, it will take an additional 3 working days for printing. Please note that delivery may take 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be created. You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. Alternatively, you can also log in and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order. Creating an account, though not required, will facilitate the ability to track the package.
Delivery Areas and Transit Time
ARK Packaging Enterprise currently ships to over 6000 PIN codes across India for qualified orders. Depending upon your PIN code, the shipping transit time varies between 3 to 9 working days. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions, political disruptions, festivals, or strikes. In such cases, ARK Packaging Enterprise will not be held responsible.
Delivery Address
The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
Returns
Easy Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective or of bad quality. If you receive a defective item or a product of bad quality, please write to us at sales@arkpackagingenterprise.in or call our customer care at +91-82004-21794 with details of the product and the defect.
Eligible Items for Return
- Plan bags with pockets or without pockets are returnable.
- Customized bags are not returnable.
Return Shipping Charges
For return orders, there will be some charges imposed by the shipping company that must be paid by the customer.
Return Process
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel the order anytime before it gets dispatched. Once you request cancellation of your order, it will take 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. We will refund the entire amount within 7-10 working days.
Customized Orders
For customized printed bags, the delivery timeline will start from the day you confirm the design and place the order. Please note that customized bags are not returnable.
Additional Points
- Order Confirmation: Ensure that your order details are accurate at the time of confirmation. Any changes after confirmation may not be accommodated.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred due to incorrect shipping information or failure to accept delivery.
